Base Planning Fee

One Week or Less: $600
Our base planning fee includes:

• Personalized trip design tailored to your travel style.

• Concierge services, such as dining reservations, spa bookings, and exclusive tours.

• Seamless planning and support every step of the way.

Planning Fees by Trip Length

Your travel deserves thoughtful attention, no matter the length of your journey:

• 1 Week to 10 Days: $700

• 10 Days to 2 Weeks: $800

• 2 Weeks + Beyond: $1,000

Additional Adjustments for Tailored Travel

Some trips require a little extra customization to ensure they’re everything you envision:

• Group Size:

  • Add $150 for 3-6 travelers.

  • Add $300 for 7-10 travelers.

• Multi-Destination Trips:

  • Add $150 for itineraries with 2 or more destinations.

• Expedited Planning:

  • Add $200 for trips requiring planning within 60 days of departure.

• 10-day trip for 4 people:

  • Base fee (1 Week to 10 Days): $700

  • Group size adjustment (3-6 travelers): +$150

  • Total: $850

• 2-week multi-destination trip for 2 people:

  • Base fee (10 Days to 2 Weeks): $800

  • Multi-destination adjustment: +$150

  • Total: $950
